How the innovation in the philosophy of science is possible nowadays?

Unfortunately, nowadays the non-scientists pretend to contribute to the innovations in the philosophy of science. Somebody who has no idea of the progress in sciences is not eligible to talk about the philosophy of science. It is necessary to be multivalent, which means study and create in all the fields of the human knowledge including sciences (mathematics, physics, astronomy, chemistry, biology, ...), philosophy, literature, arts and human rights in order to become a real philosopher!
