World Women Association
Dr. Taraneh Javanbakht is the president and founder of the World Women Association (WWA). She founded this association in Canada in January 2010. WWA is an organization which functions in different countries to advance women in various fields: sciences, philosophy, literature, arts, human rights, ... and encourage them to improve their abilities in order to become more successful. It provides education programs for women in all the continents.
She says: "Women should become polymaths to overcome social, political,
cultural and economic problems. Polymath women can encourage men to
become polymaths. They should become
alive encyclopedias with expertise in all the fields of knowledge."

Dr. Taraneh Javanbakht has presented several seminars on the Women's mouvement at the Concordia University and the University of Quebec in Montreal. Her articles on the women's movement have been published in many journals. She is also the member of the Women's Centre of Montreal.
